Fundraising Readiness Coaching

We will refine and convert your organization's strategic plan in to marketable Case for Support materials in advance of fundraising efforts or a campaign. Some specific services we provide include:

Writing, executing, analyzing, and reporting on DEI Climate Surveys
Response to a Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Applications (RFA) or a Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA)
Development and drafting of a case statement for the organization
Development and drafting of a press release
Development and drafting on an organizational brochure or an annual report
Proofreading (without rewrite) and editing an existing proposal
Developing a campaign or project-appeal letter
Conducting prospect research and provide a minimum of 25 funding sources
Developing and drafting a comprehensive fund-development plan

Operations Consulting | Policy and procedure review and development is important for smooth operations for all involved in your nonprofit. We can help you identify what is operationally needed to improve the efficiency and impact of your work.

Marketing & Website Support

Website Creation & Upkeep | Need a new website or your existing site updated? We work WITH you to determine important content and don't overbuild what you need - keeping costs down. If you'd like to maintain your site moving forward, we can train you to do so.

Targeted Social Media Marketing | Want to reach folks online but don't know where to start? Whether it is coaching or direct marketing services, we help nonprofits reach their target audience. We will interview you to find the traits of your existing audience, help craft the right messaging that resonates, and build and execute marketing campaigns to do so. We can even train you to do this work yourself!
